John, I just wanted to Thank You Publicly on what a wonderful service you have. Also for making sure my wife and I got home safe and sound and that our car got to the repair shop. You were caring to our situation and got to us real fast and you were just so nice. Thank you so much for towing my car to BMW of Norwood today! My car had died on the side of Rte 95 South and BMW contacted you to come tow me. I had never needed a tow before nor had I ridden in a tow truck before. I had the most enjoyable ride talking to the tow truck operator! He was such a nice, friendly and professional individual. I really appreciated the kindness and assistance I received when I was having such a bad afternoon!! Thank you just does not seem like enough!

Hello, I am the gentleman you rescued on rt495 Friday night and towed home to Agawam through my Roadside assistance, I wanted to inform you that your driver John was very pleasant to deal with and the way he took care of my car was very impressive at the least. I also wanted to tell you that the truck I rode in was one of the cleanest vehicles I have ever been in. That says allot on how professional your company is. Thank You for your GREAT service and from the looks of all the posts on your comment page it looks as if you will do very well!

John, I wanted to Thank you guys for making a unpleasant experiance with that other tow company into a better day for my wife and I. You are going to do very well by the way you treat your customers with respect, unlike that other company who towed us and then wouldnt give it back after our accident. You are very professional and caring, be sure I will be writing the Mansfield Police Chief on your behalf and tell him they are nuts for leaving that other rip off company on the tow list and not putting you on.

Complete and total service I broke down on my HD and they came right out, They had the coolest contraption for loading my bike safely and easily onto the flatbed. The $$ was not bad either.

To the guys at Lawson's, Thank You for pulling us out of my backyard the other night for I thought my truck and camper were going to be there forever, being how stuck we were in the mud. John You told me not to worry and that we would be all set to go after you got us out and you were right on the money! Lawson's Road Service & Towing is the bomb! Jacky came out and rescued me from my dead Battery at 10:00 at night. Popped a new battery in and I was up and running in less than an hour of realizing I was stranded!!! Can't think of anyone else would could provide that sort of service.

To whom this may concern I want to thank your driver who came out to help me and my family today, he was very professional and was very caring of our situation. He made several attempts to get us going but it was our fuel pump, which is what he said it might be. Your guy got us to a local service center that he recomended which took great care of us as well. My note is to let you know how greatful I am for your timely response on Sunday morning while I was at Church.
